you have backups.. How customer gets backups?

We have 3 options for clients and their backups.

1. Our complete daily server and full account backups to a remote server that client must submit a support ticket to have us restore.

2. The client can use their Cpanel and create a full domain backup to a remote location for backup purposes and restore at a later date.

3. If client has a mySQL database that they wish to backup they have the option of using phpadmin to generate a backup of the chosen DB and save to a remote location.
