$399 1U rack server?

I found a company listed on Google selling 1U server for $399 (www.colomachine.com). It seems to be a very good deal. Anyone heard this company before?

There are some feedbacks and discussions about Colomachine 1U server at WHT. Overall, ColoMachine produces solid 1U servers at amazingly low price.
