Unfortunately this server would not be able to use IRC. In terms of upgrade to 80GB HDD there will be an additional fee of $60 setup and $30/month. For the 1GB RAM there will be a setup fee of $99 and $45/month.

Now you must be wondering howcome the setup fees for additional RAM and HDD is expensive. Well the answer is that we have pre configured packages from DELL at a discount therefore we cant change it.
