Getting ready for dinner here - homemade ravioli and homemade bread (oh, and home brewed wine). Sami also learned how to make homemade bagels, so we're weaning ourselves from processed foods. I'm leaving the insects and worms to the birds.
I think this link might be helpful for people who have extra kilos. Seeing such photos before having lunch might cause you lose your appetite immediately. It happened to me already.
