Your.Cloud steps into Belgium through IPSys acquisition, strengthens TICTS strategy

Your.Cloud has made its first move into Belgium by acquiring IPSys Solutions, a Liège- and Brussels-based telecom and IT services provider. The deal brings more than 60 professionals into Your.Cloud’s European TICTS platform, strengthening its presence in managed telecom, security, and IT services. IPSys will continue operating independently, reflecting a strategy that favors local leadership while scaling cross-border capabilities.
