Oracle brings Blackwell-powered AI supercluster to Abu Dhabi

Oracle is rolling out a Blackwell-based AI Supercluster in Abu Dhabi, introducing more than 4,000 Nvidia GPUs to strengthen the UAE’s push toward sovereign AI capabilities. The deployment gives regional governments and enterprises in-country access to large-scale compute at a moment when demand for controlled, locally hosted AI infrastructure is accelerating. The move follows eased US chip restrictions and reflects Abu Dhabi’s wider ambition to anchor next-generation AI innovation within the Gulf.
