The firm purchased $674 million worth of Nvidia B200s, B300s, and AMD MI350Xs, with staged deliveries set for its Prince George data center in Canada. The 10MW liquid-cooled facility under construction will host more than 4,500 GB300s, underscoring IREN’s rapid scale-up to meet soaring AI demand.
