HPE has landed a 10-year, $931 million agreement to overhaul the Defense Information Systems Agency’s data center environment. The project centers on building a secure hybrid multi-cloud platform using HPE’s GreenLake Private Cloud Enterprise, designed to meet strict NIST standards and support air-gapped management. The upgrade aims to strengthen DISA’s global mission with faster communications, stronger data protection, and improved AI readiness across critical defense operations.
