Hostinger customers can now launch Google Ads campaigns and track the results without leaving the Hostinger dashboard. The company built the feature with Google, and it arrives as small businesses struggle to find new customers. LocaliQ’s 2026 Small Business Marketing Trends Report, which surveyed more than 300 owners, found that nearly six in ten expect lead generation to be a challenge this year.
Most owners lean on organic channels, which build awareness more than they produce direct leads. Search ads reach people who are already looking for a product or service, so they pair naturally with organic work. Even so, only 45 percent of small businesses run them. LocaliQ suggests complexity may be the reason, since search advertising takes more effort to set up and manage than channels owners already know.
Arnas Donauskas, Hostinger’s web hosting product manager, said building a website is the easy part, while getting the right people to it is where most online businesses struggle. In his view, the integration turns a channel many customers have put off into something they can launch beside their website and measure in the same place.
Setup takes six steps. Customers connect a Google Ads account, finish billing in Google Ads if the account is new, pick a website and conversion page, review the AI-generated ad text and images or write their own, set a daily spend and launch. Hostinger also adds conversion tracking automatically, including the Google Ads code and consent mode, though customers can opt out and handle tracking themselves. After launch, the dashboard shows impressions, clicks, leads, cost per lead and total spend, filterable by date.
Campaigns run on Google’s Performance Max format, set up for lead generation. Instead of showing ads only in search results, it places them across Search, YouTube, Display, Discover, Gmail and Maps. Google’s AI mixes headlines, descriptions and images into different versions for each channel, then tests which combinations produce the most leads. New accounts created through the integration can qualify for a $500 ad credit after spending $500 in 60 days, but Google decides eligibility.
A few limits apply. The feature works for websites on Hostinger’s web hosting platform, except VPS. Google reviews every ad, which can take up to 24 hours, and the AI may need up to four weeks to optimize. Google bills ad spend directly, and Hostinger adds no fees.
