Foresite Cybersecurity has expanded its cloud security services to include Wiz, reaching Premier tier in the Wiz Partner Alliance Services Program and joining its Managed Service Provider Program. The Overland Park, Kansas firm, named Google Cloud’s 2026 Security Partner of the Year for North America, is applying the same operating model it built around Google Cloud’s security stack to Wiz’s cloud and AI platform.
The expansion addresses a familiar problem in enterprise security. Teams often know where cloud risk sits, yet they struggle to connect that knowledge to the people who investigate and respond to threats. Foresite says it closes that gap by linking cloud security and security operations center teams through shared context and defined ownership, rather than running the two as separate programs.
Specifically, services cover assessment, implementation and ongoing operations across the Wiz AI Application Protection Platform, so enterprises can bring in Foresite to strengthen an existing deployment, add new capabilities or hand over daily platform management. A central part of the approach, meanwhile, ties Wiz into Google Security Operations, linking cloud risk findings and runtime detections directly to SOC investigation. In addition, Foresite backs that connection with around-the-clock detection and response from its Cyber Fusion Centers.
According to Jeremy Hehl, chief evangelist at Foresite, the goal is connecting what teams already know about cloud risk with how they actually investigate and respond to threats. Similarly, Andy Ritchie, vice president of global channels and alliances at Wiz, said the Premier tier reflects the highest level of technical accreditation on the platform, and he credited Foresite’s engineers for qualifying quickly.
For a concrete example, OpenVPN shows the model in practice. The company, which runs production workloads across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, standardized its cloud security on Wiz with Foresite handling deployment and operations. Because coverage needed to hold across three clouds at once, Foresite rolled out Wiz’s Cloud, Code and Defend modules in phases, validating each layer before moving to the next. This built on security operations work the two companies had already run together on Google SecOps since 2025.
As a result, Chief Information Security Officer Brian Litzinger said the shift changed how his team works day to day. Cloud risk, he explained, stopped being something the team reviewed in a report and instead became part of how the SOC investigates and responds within Google Security Operations.
