How has AI changed your life?

Hi everyone,

I've found myself using AI on a regular basis and it's already in every aspect of our lives. For example, I bought a robot vacuum cleaner and it has AI, I bought a security camera and it has AI, hell, even my microphone has AI to remove unnecessary noise.

I'm not talking about the fact that the Internet is becoming dead, and almost every video has AI bots that perform their promotion function and thus greatly kill the quality and content of the content.

And I was thinking about a couple of things:
  1. Is there really AI everywhere, or has it already become a marketing ploy?
  2. How has AI changed your life and how often do you use it?
  3. What do you think about what will happen to the hosting and gaming industry, given how AI fills more and more areas?
  4. Do you like the changes associated with AI, or would it be better without them?

In my opinion there is no such thing like AI, just more sophisticated programs and more complex databases. Humans will never be capable to replicate human brain. Like I see everybody now they are using so called AI to find answers but this will make our brain to stop development, and all the answers are controlled. Funny, before to "invent" AI they should work to cure NS (Natural Stupidity).

Regards,

Okay, to be honest, I disagree with you because AI is still there and it's real, it can solve a lot of problems and questions, and if it's still a program, then it's an incredibly complex written process, and then the question arises, what exactly is AI? If AI is a program big enough with ramifications and constantly updated with information, then doesn't this mean that AI really exists?

I respect your opinion, but for me like a developer I don't see real AI in my life time or ever. They are spending billions of dollars trying to replicate something, like human brain, but they don't know how our brain is working. In actual so called AI, there is no thinking, reasoning or awareness just more complex searching functions, through large databases and not even a leading to something like our brain. Again, if you want to believe this is OK. Not for me !

If you are a developer, how long do you think it will take to do this? It is for the possibility of creating a self-learning AI

I use actual AI tools maybe a few times a week - mostly for quick coding help or summarizing long docs. Not life-changing, but handy. For hosting and gaming? AI will automate more backend stuff (like scaling servers or detecting DDoS), and in games it might improve NPCs or generate content. But it won't replace good design or real human interaction.

AWS shutoff few days ago was because AI. So i think its to early to integrate AI in all aspects
