Ever played with AI? How about a fully automated post? Check this out!

As many of you who know me or have seen my posts over the years are aware, I'm a big fan of automation. I mean, anything and everything can be automated. From the live video streaming and video editing to the coffee maker, and even my robot lawnmower - everything is automated. It still bothers me when hosting companies charge a "setup fee" when we all know that can be 100% automated. Heck, we had it fully automated back in 2000! But I digress :)

But what about automating blog content, social media posts, or forum posts? What happens when AI becomes almost too powerful? Thankfully, most AI still requires manual input, but I've been using an automated tool to help with writing for the past while, and it's a heck of a piece of software.

Affiliate links are not allowed in the forums here, so this is a non-endorsed posting.

There are dozens of AI writing tools online, but the one that I've found to be the most feature-packed with some of the better results (notice it's better, not best), is Jarvis AI.

I decided to put in a short test line just to show you what it spits out. This is an awesome tool for writers block, posting ideas, or rewording of posts.

Here's the input/output;
I had the system write using the PAS Framework (Problem - Agitate - Solution). This is a style of writing that is most popular in the sales world. Reinforce the problem (agitate), then provide a solution.

The only information I gave the AI was this;
"The hosting discussion forums are one of the oldest web hosting discussion-type forums on the web. The forums are also one of the few that are actively policed by moderators and admins to make sure that spam is kept to a minimum."

So, as you can see, there's not a ton of information, but if you think of that as the description of the product that I'm selling, you'll see how the AI system interpreted it and came up with the following:

Problem: How do you find the right web hosting company for your needs?

Agitate: There are literally thousands of options out there, but how can you know which one is best for you? You don't want to waste time and money on a host that doesn't fit your needs.

Solution: The online forums at HostingDiscussion.com is the best place to ask your hosting-related questions because we're actively moderating it every day! Our goal isn't just to make sure people know what's going on in the industry, but also to help solve problems too! We have over 200,000 posts across thousands of topics with expert advice from our community members. This makes it easy to get all the information that you need in order to make an informed decision about what type of hosting service is best for your business or personal website.

Seriously? Did it write that? Yes, well with two minor changes.. I added "HostingDiscussion.com" as it previously had "hosting discussion", and I changed the "over 200,000 posts" as it had said "with thousands of posts". Other than that, there were no other changes - that's a copy and paste.

I had the system give me 5 different variations, and in normal situations, I would copy sections of each one of them and combine to make my argument stronger. In this case, I just did a straight copy and paste from one of the outputs (along with the edits listed above).

So, have I made my life easier using an AI tool? Yes, heck, this post came out of it and it's not exactly a short post. This is the kind of post that I would normally put on one of my blogs and monetize it! But again, going back to the beginning, if you know me, you know that making money is not always the end goal - educating is much more rewarding.

So go check out Jarvis - they have a free trial where you can test things and get outputs for up to 10,000 words, but before you do that, please check out some of the videos on youtube for how the system works - this way, during your free trial you're doing ACTIVE work and not still learning how things operate. I watched dozens of videos before I pulled the trigger so I could understand and fully test out the software, and get the most out of the content rewrites and creation.

So, now is the part where you get involved. Have you tried Jarvis before? have you tried other AI content creation tools? What do you think about the output?

Place and time of dog taking dump can't be easily automated and in case with robot lawnmower, disasters sometimes happen. You have to clean robot even if don't have big dog lurking around. Same with coffee machine. These things require servicing. Unless there may be robots servicing robots. Also machine made coffee is no match to what you get in some coffee shops.

As for setup fees - that's a terrible thing indeed. Yet might work as a safety measure.

Output is surprisingly good if we talk about formulation, but completely lifeless. And contains no useful data. Sometimes I stumble on something similar while searching for information, but skip as soon as I read few lines of such text. These were generated in the same manner (almost) for sure.

AI can't revive dead things, be it a forum (I actually like this one) or a human. It can only make it to appear like that. Only for short periods of time usually. The other aspect is that we got used to it and don't ask for human/hand made things anymore. We are becoming robots ourselves, which is not an option for conscious being.

Thanks for sharing this info @bigredseo

10 years with a robot lawnmower.. the only thing I've had to do is change the blades. Again, not fully 100% automated, although there is a version that uses lasers and that would be 100% automated at that point :)

As for the dog crap - our dog goes in one area which is marked off from the mower, and I automated the pickup in that I don't have to do it - I pay a poop service to come :) Not AI, but not Conor either ;)

As far as the content, it's like those YouTube videos that start with robot voices. The moment you hear it, you turn off the video. But from a writers block end of things, this gives a good jump on starting an article and then expanding it. After writing SEO, Web Design or Hosting articles for 20+ years, it sometimes feels like I've covered every possible angle. The software allows me to explore a separate one.

Wow. I would lose it doing the same thing for such an extended period of time. But the most patient usually are the most rewarded. And they find even more creative ways to achieve their objective.

Have never used AI or heard of Jarvis until today, but one thing I have learned over the years is that if it passes Conor's evaluation, then all of those 5 star reviews must be right on. I did check out their website and was impressed. I'll check out some videos on this later today.

it takes literally about 2 minutes a day to pick up dog poop?
True, just a few minutes, but it's a few minutes I get to spend doing something else. They come each week (rain, snow or shine), walk the yard and it costs $20/month for up to 2 dogs. Worth every penny! Used them now for nearly 5 years.

HA! I do kinda get into the nitty-gritty on some things :) I've actually been having a lot of fun with this particular tool - everything from social media posts, rewriting emails, shortening emails and posts (my biggest issue), and even their YouTube video script ideas. It's been an interesting ride.
