I've been in the web hosting business for many years, but I've recently moved to a small town and live a simpler village life. Meanwhile, I am a carpenter. And I will no longer be in the hosting industry.
Believe me it is much better and I recommend it to you too.

Recently WHMCS banned transfer of license.

According to their TOS, You cannot sell/transfer existing owned license.

WHMCS licenses, of any origin, may not be re-sold or transferred. Addons may be transferred between licenses within your own client account but not re-sold or transferred to other accounts.
