AlertPay IPN not working :/

Hi guys,

I tried to integrate my AlertPay into WHMCS and setup IPN notifications, but it just hasn't worked. I have matched my security codes, merchant email, and activated it on AlertPay.

What are the most common mistakes when setting up IPN for AlertPay, because right now it's not working :/

Look at the apache/httpd logs to see if there is even a callback attempt from AlertPay.
By the way things don't look good at all for AlertPay recently, since they lost Visa and Mastercard processing and seem to be unable to restore it. I wouldn't be surprised if they completely die.

Did you enter your callback URL in the IPN settings in your AlertPay account? i.e. http://yourwhmcsinstallation/modules/gateways/callback/alertpay.php
 
I hope alertpay works for you, they just limit the account right and left without any reason. Although we had verified our account with them with all the documents they asked for.

Aside from the recent withdraw limitation due to their banking issues, we've never had any issues with AlertPay.
