I recently read these excerpts from a provider's TOS.
This is found on most providers Terms of Service, but how about this?*** reserves the right to suspend or cancel a client's account if the client engages in any abusive behaviour.
Maybe I don't look closely enough at Terms of Service, but I don't recall seeing verbage such as this before. Is this common in the industry?Abusive behavior also extends to public comment on forums as well as personal emails and tickets.
