With the managed services it seems like a fairly good deal. I had a quick read over their site and it seems good. But, with any host you got to be careful and make sure you choose well I would keep searching for feedback just to be on the safe side.

The price is quite allright for a high-end dedicated server, see if you can get any discounts for setup, it's possible with a lot of companies, if you pay for a few months or annually.
