I want to have a forum site with free blog hosting for 20-30 of my most active members. Currently there would only be about 5 blogs plus the forum but I need the potential to expand to the above stated numbers. I don't really need a reseller account because I only want to host blogs and give my users subdomains. Cpanel is a must..

My budget is about $60-$70 per year. I'm not positive of the space i'm gonna need but 1-2 gb space w/ 15-20gb bw would be nice. It's a relatively small/private community. Can anyone get in this ballpark? If so I will make my decision in about 24 hours from the time of this post.

Lastly I would like to require that the potential host is fairly well established. Preferably 2+ years but all are welcome to make offers. Thank you for your interest in hosting my site and HD for providing this invaluable service.

Is CPanel a must or are you willing to go with an alternative that has the same features (IE: DirectAdmin with Installatron (Over 40+ scripts installed via one-click)).

Also is yearly pricing a must or can we give you a monthly based pricing plan?
 
I could sway on the control panel as long as I had control of subdomains, mysql, etc..

We can't offer 1 GB space + 10 GB bandwidth for $27 per year, because of premium-level support and fast servers (what costs more when compared to kiddie hosts). The lowest price we can offer - $50 per year for 1.5 GB space + 20 GB bandwidth.
