Ugh. In my frustration in dealing with Xpressaccess' customer service, I have found no telephone number of the company to call them to straighten out the problem I have had with them. I did read some earlier visitor having a problem with them as a hosting company so i come here to mention that I think if you are looking for ANY internet company to do business with, please make sure there is a way you can talk to them on the telephone when writing back and forth just isn't enough.
Instead of using xpressaccess.com for my hosting needs, I have chosen to go with godaddy.com as godaddy has 24/7 customer support when you really need help fast.
I suspect by all the errors in English Xpressaccess has had in their written dealings with me, the translation program isn't working very well.

P.S. After two days of searching, I did find a telephone number for the company, however at 1pm eastern time, there was no answer
Perhaps there will be a way I can get this problem handled, I just dont think it should take days of searching to deal with a company.
