ZDwebhosting.net was the first premium host I used.
It was well over a year ago when I hosted a forum with them.
I dont think I ever had one downtime and the support was pretty good, quite fast and Zac (the owner) was a great help.
He would go out of his way to help out.
I think they might be a lot bigger now than when I used them but i would recommend them
I would give them 8/10 only because they only had email support available
