Wireless telephone headset

Although most of my correspondence is via email, I do receive a significant number of calls on my toll free line. And frankly, I'm getting tired of cradling the headset on my shoulder.

Do any of you have a (wireless) headset? If so, what brand/model would you recommend? I think it's time to move up to a headset but there are so many out there, I'd appreciate some real life experience.

Thanks, Chris. I'll take a look. Hopefully they have a wireless model. I really don't want to be restricted to 4/6/8 feet of the phone.

In regard to wireless headsets, I recommend Motorola. When I get to the office tomorrow, I'll be able to get you the model, etc. They sent us one free for testing, and by far it had the most clerity, and transmission distance I've seen in a long time.

Currently however, our techs use Coby headsets that plug directly into the sound card on their workstation PCs. The headset requires software, that comes with the set, but allows you to answer the calls with a push of a button on the screen.
 
This spring I'm planning to upgrade my cell phone, I want to get a wireless handset at that time too. Business calls are handled on my cell phone, it's with me at all times, and I went through Verizon so if for some odd reason I'm in Alaska I'll be in my home area and be able to answer calls. Don't have enough clients to where more than myself and significant other can't handle the support.

Question: Does a cell phone REQUIRE bluetooth for the wireless EAR PIECES? :)
 
Rats. It looks like everywhere I look, that unit is either discontinued or out of stock. :(

Actually, Chris, I got sidetracked and forgot about this. Thanks for reminding me. I should really make a decision soon and make the purchase.
