I am not sure, it would be a tough decision.. it would be kind of like if I opened a resturant called MacDonalds with a big M as my logo, is that really copying them enough for a lawsuit or isn't it? How do you decide..

They are doing nearly the exact same thing as WHT, even with the news on the right.
I think something will be done about that...
They have blocked the name WHT on their forums to show ***

Sounds like a couple X WHT fans got a little ticked off with them at WHT and made their own.. thats the only reason I could see WHT being blocked out..

To be honest if someone copied wht, i would think there probley kids so if they sue they wont get anything. I think all they are going to do is contact there host and have them taken down

Seems they arent kids.
They own a few other forums and I know at least one is big, thats what makes it worse.
they said they got the skin designed by ravio as a custom skin but I really dont think ravio would do a custom skin so close to WHT, they have too good a reputation to do that.
