From my recent experience, I am sorry, but i can only assist you with the zamfoo part.
Zamfoo is just an addon to WHM. This gives the WHM, Server Owner a opportunity to add privileges to a certain reseller, such as Create Master Reseller, Create a alpha reseller, and Just a basic WHM reseller. Zamfoo is a great program to use. My web hosting business has been using it for 1 year, and we love it! Easy to use great for small business, and best part of all, Easy to install scripts like softaculous from it! ("Bet Hostgator doesn't got that").
WHM is Web Host Manager which is a master control panel used to manage your entire Reseller account. While Zamfoo is a plugin if installed in WHM, it will make the work of a Reseller a lot more easier.
Both are good, neither is perfect but once you learned how to manage are very functional. Zamfoo is for alpha accounts mainly versus the other one. Myself I used both and I must say both are good.:agree:
