Which shopping cart software is the most SEO friendly out of the box?

There are quite a few shopping cart softwares on the market, but I'm curious which one is the most SEO friendly out of the box, as least as they apply to Google's current algorithms.

I second Magento, it's the leader now for free carts and does great with Google.

I use WHMCS and Blesta. Never use Mangeto.

Most of shopping cart software provide SEO friendly URL using .htaccess file.

But Magenta is not server friendly as it swallows resources.

You are right about that one from the server perspective you will need a lot of resources but since the users tend to love it you might be better off paying the difference

only ever had 2 clients want to host magenta sites, both of these come from other hosts who had to let them go due to resource abuse as these were on shared plans.
I had a simple solution for these. I placed them on a small VPS, so they have the resources to themselves, they were quite happy to pay the premium price once i explained the reason behind it.
