Wheres the best place to get a Cpanel License

Ok,

I'm moving to Equinix in Virginia, which means I will have to get new Cpanel Licenses, where is the best place to get these at a good price? I don't really know anyone at Virginia Equinix, is there somehting I can do to find out if there are cpanel providers there?

You'd probably get the best price direcdtly from your DC/colo/dedicated provider than anywhere else.
