Where is winter?

We are approaching middle of January here in Montreal, Canada, and the weather outside has been above 0 Celsius. It has been warming up during this week, so its +10C outside.

While usually winter arrives in early December/end of November where I live, I haven't really seen it yet this year... Snowless Christmas, snowless New Years... and now snowless January???

How has the weather been over at your place?

Let's see, I think it's about 60-65 outside right now. We've had highs in the 60s-70s this week and even had some thunderstorms. It seems all the cold air is locked well up in the northern parts of Canada and above. You guys need to figure out how to release it up there. ;)

Where is winter?

Don't know and I hope we don't find it.
We are still golfing here on PEI.

It's a more or less normal winter here. We got a bit of snow just around Christmas, and the usual cold weather that comes with it.

These days it's indeed warm for the time of year, but weather can change swiftly. :)

Normal unpredicted weather in the UK as always. Rain, Rain, Rain and more Rain. They had to delayed flights at Bristol International Airport yesterday as the runway was too wet.

We, of course, are basically getting the same weather as you Artashes. Just hours or a day sooner than you :)

Certainly isn't the first winter we've experienced these conditions ... and certainly won't be the last. Unfortunately, in past years when winter has been delayed ... when it does hit it usually makes up for lost time and bashes us around pretty good.

Have to admit ... am not minding the weather too much :) But fear "pay back" is going to be a b*tch. :)

It’s called global warming. ;)

I think in Scotland it's being replaced with "Grey Season". All we seem to have is clouds. And then rain. But the clouds still stay :(

I look forward to when I can once again see the sun shine from my windows :)

Bristol isn't any different ;)

I'm on the opposite side of you Artashes

B.C hasn't been too cold, though it snowed more this year. I'm actually looking forward to the warm weather for once. I don't mind the snow, but only around the xmas time. After that I don't want to see it anymore.

Indeed we have had an awful lot of rain they are saying three months worth of rain has fallen in one day "today" the news says it all really.. three months of British rain = a fair bit ;)

A lot of homes and work places have been flooded leaving people trapped and having to be rescued, I know the rain has been real heavy here most of today.

They say we do have more to come oh where is the summer :)
