Where can I get good photoshop tutorials?

Does anyone know any good sites for photoshop tutorials?
Im looking to get tutorials for creating logos and banners mainly as I am lacking in any skills to create professional looking logos and banners and have spent a fortune for logos and banners for various sites (All personal which I dont make money from) so it would be great if I could do something myself

I know that www.hotscripts.com has some Tutorials but I can't assure that they have Photoshop's...

Anyway did you tried Google? j/k
