I doubt it, considering overture is a huge business that has been online for 8 years and Hostago is a small time hosting company that have been online for less than 4 months.

I mean I love the design myself, but I doubt Overture surfs around the net for design they can implement on their site.

But Hostago logo is great though.

Seriously though, it's fine if you imitate while learning something, that's the best way to learn. But after that, you should really try to use your own skills if you want to seem professional.

I agree. You may use same colors or the way they work together, if you are inspired by them, but at least make your own layout, build your own site.
