When and how did you learn to manage a server?
Did you install the OS thats running on the server on a home PC and try it out yourself?Did you learn through experience of using a server to test on?Did you read books for information on how to best manage a hosting server?Or did you have another way of doing it?
I think the best way to learn something is to do it through experience, I think if you try do something yourself and work out how to do it, it will stick in your mind a lot longer than if you asked someone for the answer to a question straight away or looked to a book.
