For you, whats the best registrar that you Preffer?

I personally like GoDaddy (Since I bought another competing company and all their clients domains where on that Account). But I use Enom, Network Solutions, and Directi.

Who do you use?

I buy domains from TOSDomains.net and my buddy bought me & our company 3 or more domains from GoDaddy and some other company..

I've used Network Solutions, Melbourne IT, GoDaddy, Wild West Domain and Namecheap. Of all, I prefer Namecheap; not too much clutter and how everythin is situated.

However, I'm only managing about 30 or so domains for some customers that rather not mess with it themselves..

Namecheap has a nice service, but it tends to be a little more expensive than other sites. When I'm registering more than one at a time, I'll use GoDaddy.

I like namecheap mainly because it lets you use paypal (Even though I use Credit Card I like being able to just take it out of PP).
The interface is very tidy and easy to use.

Personally I prefer RegisterFly. It's an eNom reseller. Their prices are very good, especially for U.K. domains, and overall their support is great. What I do find is that ever since they introduced their live chat support, their support has declined in quality. I find that support from their helpdesk is very good though.

I had a concern one day, and contacted them. Their CEO replied to me, and I was very happy with the response. I probably won't change. RegisterFly have had some hiccups, but overall it's been great. The only problem is they cannot register names like .fr or .de or .be or things like that. When they can, they'll be the best available I think - If their service stays the same.

Godaddy all the way. Have used WHMDomains but they charge $15 each while Godaddy is $8 (or if less if you get them while on sale)
Cheaper does not necessarily mean better. There are plenty of cheap providers available, but the majority aren't that good; while others are very basic.

No...cheaper is not better unless the service is good. I currrently have 26 domains with godaddy, and am 100% happy with the service. The site is easy to navigate, the tech support is great (if ever needed), and the cost is better than what I have out on the net. So, even though cheaper does not mean better.....godaddy makes it happen.

Why pay $15 for a domain name when you can get it for $7.95 and have great service?

All I've ever used was GoDaddy, and have no complaints. They sure do try to upsell you a lot of junk when you buy, but that isn't a concern.

I know, you have to be careful. :D

Is the cost a domain really that important? Not all Registrars are equal when it comes to providing service and account features. Do you consider these facts or does it only boil down to lowest price?

It really depends on what service you are after I think. If you are in the business of registering 10000's of domains a year then the lowest cost is in your interest. If you just keep your own business domains in your account then the last few dollars dont really matter and then it's just a choice of which company to choose.

we use melbournetit, onlinenic and resellerclub. But we prefer resellerclub they have nice interface and multi level control panel.
