What you think about this hosting? Help me to decide please!

Hi, I've just found this hosting and the services they provide looks good for me, but since I'm a newbie I need your help to decide. Please, tell me what you think about this?

My friend gave it to me and said it's good but I want other opinion also!

Based of the plans, they seem pretty good. I would advise you do some research on them through google etc.. I haven't of this company before either. Just ask around and see if you can get some stories of it. Also, try out their support service, see how fast they reply.

I can not seem to find anything about them thru google or on other places that there are typically reviews. Are they pretty new?
 
injurer, how did you come across this not even one month old hosting company (creation date for the domain 17-apr-2007)? Take 2 weeks for web development and this company is just a couple of days old... It just seems strange that someone is asking about it on its opening day. :)

They also seem to be a reseller of a Bulgarian host http://tophost.bg

If their brand new, then mabye you should ask for a special bonus :p Mabye something like 1 month free, so test them out and see how they are and if you like it, you can stick with them. Other than that, I can't say much about a new hosting company. Also, how did your friend know about it, if it's so new?
 
A friend of mine gave me this url because I was seeking for a cheap hosting. Don't know where he know it from. I should ask him.
 
Dont go on rates. Search google their clients reviews, firstly know about their services and support and then step forward. :crazy2:

My personal advice is ask your friend if he has experience with the company (although a few-day long experience is not a testament of good service at all).

Since he probably won't have meaningful experience with this hosting company (if at all), I'd suggest going with a hosting company that has been in business for much longer, and that has positive reviews.

I would stay away from resellers that operate their servers in countries that can openly host illegal material on them.

Go for hosting companies which has long term vision and passion for customer service. I would request you to go for Small and simple hosting company whose reviews are there on the net.
 
Definitely research the industry. There are many fly by nights and newcomers, although we're all newcomers at one time or another right?
 
I would highly recommend doing some searches on any web hosting company you choose. There are a handfull of extremely popular and reliable web hosts that I would recommend. A few months ago I went with a new company to purchase a reseller account where they only died a few weeks later. I was not warned about it and ended up losing a considerable amout of data because of it. Especially if you are trying to run a business, reliability is very important.
 
Indeed. 70% of the host die in the 1st year so better watch out and do a whois on the domain and ask for how long they have been in business ;)
