Does any know why today this site http://*****************/ can get on top Google.com for keyword web hosting forum?

I only have known about webhostingtalk.com before as it was the biggest web hosting forum

I also agree the domain is going to be playing a big part. But don't forget that Google change listings all the time, they may find that users do not interact well with the website and adjust accordingly.
 
I think domain name is important but now a days content of website are very important things for getting high ranking.
 
Well it depends a lot on what keywords are you targeting. The niche is also important, some are more easy others may be very difficult.
But overall quality content and a nice link building campaigns to get your authority up are the most important things you can do.
 
the easiest SEO part is the domain name, if the domain name has the meaning for example webhosting in the domain then google will know its a web hosting company.
 
Both on-page and off-page SEO. You need first to have perfect on-page and then start off-page campaigns. The niche matters a lot along with the keyword difficulty.
 
Aside from domain, you really need to give focus on your content marketing as well. Choosing the right keyword is also essential.
