What kind of education did you get?

Just wondering what kind of education you guys got before you stopped being a student. Why did you do what you did?

I've got another three years of regular school coming up and after that I think I'll try and study linguistics at the university of oslo. I was originally going to do computer programming but I've had a great interest for linguistics lately.

I'm getting ready to go though my 2 year Associates degree, then 4 years for a BS, and hopefully a masters in computer enginering or Computer Science. Thats a lot of money I'm going to be forking out :-(

I got a national diploma for IT practitioners.
Im not interested in getting a degree, I just had enough of getting "educated" in a school kind of way.
I would rather learn by myself, although it means I might know a lot more than someone that did a degree, but I don't have a qualification to show it

LOL - I got my BSc in Human Biology then a second BSc in Computer Science

Biggest waste of $60k I could ever imagine...

Oh well, the degrees do look nice on the wall (though the $200 piece of art my wife bought me looks a hell of alot better )

I'm still a student, grade 11, got a couple more months and 1 more full year, then hopefully off to university or something..
