What is the best free and/or paid Affiliate software/script?

I am interested in starting an affilite program but am unable to find an affiliate script or software that seems to get the job done...

I do prefer to keep costs down (of course) so...

Any suggestions?

PS: It would be nice to give at least one reason for your choicece rather than just a link... thanks

John, iDevDirect makes really good affiliate script. Reason? I have been looking once for a great script for a couple of months, and didn't find better. Well, I did find better, but the price was at least 3 times higher.

Features and value worth every penny. Few other scripts that do not have as much features sell for mid-high $XXX.

So far idev's and groundbreak.com's software have been the ones I've encountered as an affiliate. So far (but only from the affiliate's end) my vote would go for groundbreak's solution.

Why do you vote for groundbreak instead of iDev? (Just curious...)

It seems more complete to me in terms of provided data. I don't know if idev's solution has advanced in the mean time (6 months or so), but the reporting was simply more to my taste in "Ultimate affiliate".
