What is not needed on a server

Can anyone tell me what files arent needed on a server?
I have lots of space available but I would still like to get rid of the files which I dont need.

As many suggestions as possible would be a great help

I would only install the Developers Packpage (Programming Languages, Perl, CC+) and the Server Packpage (BIND, Apache, SendMail, Postfix) on a Linux RedHat Server

I meant more like the files which you can delete, for example the old logs, log. 1 .2 .3 etc. and the files in tmp folder etc.
