May i suggest you use google.

It is no good keep coming on here wanting others to do the searching for you.
You should research and know these things before setting up any hosting business.

Booking is just an off page technique to build backlinks for your webpages.

WRONG
he was asking what Bookmarking was

https://www.computerhope.com/jargon/b/bookmark.htm

When referring to an Internet browser, a bookmark or electronic bookmark is a method of saving a web page's address. While using most browsers, pressing Ctrl+D will bookmark the page you are viewing. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, bookmarks are referred to as favorites.

but if you dont know what bookmarking is then how can you run a hosting business

Is this real life? Who doesn't know what bookmarking is? No offense... it's just been around forever and 5-year-olds know how to bookmark pages.

I must be missing something here...

On their website is shows their live chat as online so i thought i would test them with a simple request.
This is the transcript which was emailed to me after they closed the chat at 21:03 without replying
