Greetings folks,
I feel both personally and professionally responsible for updating you on what has been going on with my life. After all, it might impact HostingDiscussion.com, and this place has been my life for years.
Those who have good memory will remember a while back I was looking for a great domain name for a new venture that wasn't a secret. The name was found, and the venture was officially kicked-off in June this year with incorporation of Talkio Inc., while initial "brainstorming" work has been going on since last year's November. Now what seemed like a good small Internet startup grew to potentially dangerous idea that Talkio might just play a role in web's future.
Now successfully through seed stage, and after months of application design work, this week Talkio moved into a software development phase. And with over 10 full staff developers, we are looking at the end of October (beginning of November) to have the Beta ready.
Why I am sharing this? Partly because there were other positive developments that I would rather not say at this stage that give hope Talkio will continue its work on a wider scale. That means Talkio might be here for a longer term than I have initially thought.
How will it impact HostingDiscussion.com? Do not worry folks, I am not exiting my existing online media business, nor am I planning to in future yet. I will still pay close attention to HostingDiscussion.com and other properties, just as I do now. Perhaps its my HD participation and residence location that might see effects of my deep Talkio involvement. Of course I'll try to do my best, you have my word. Russians don't go down easy. j/k. But as you can tell, my future now will a lot depend on the business and performance of Talkio.
To me it has always came down to this natural character trait I had since I was 6 years old: I will always follow the direction where I can impact a greater number of people in a positive way.
But hey, I am still here, so let's keep this momma rollin'.
You can keep track of Talkio by frequenting my blog at www.talkio.com I also invite you to sign-up for beta on the same site.
