What do you want to have in your data center

If you own the data center where your server is located, what would you like to change or put in something new?
I'm not offering the answer to the question as this is a thread that has been created to provoke a discussion.

I want to have in my data center high-performance servers, a reliable power supply, effective cooling systems, robust network infrastructure, security measures, adequate storage solutions, scalability, monitoring tools, disaster recovery solutions, and environmental controls for optimal performance, security, and reliability.
