Im take a shot.
he parallax and smooth scroll is a bit glitchy its too much. Its probably part of the reason you have a slow page load as well 17s.
Get rid of any parallax JavaScript and do it in css ( ie fixed background attachment )Its not truly parallax but good enough and much lighter on browsers and page loads.
Your chat widget doesn't respond well in mobile i would disable it for mobile all together as the load on a mobile phone and the amount of above the fold content it covers is really invasive to a mobile user experience.
There is a 404 on this /img/logo_plain.webp That also not helping page load.
Too many external scripts
smooth scroll, font awesome, paticles, aos and a whole bunch more.
Your navbar menu isnt sticky and there no scroll up button also annoying.
Im not sure about your pricing that isnt for me to judge. Otherwise I like the blue design its really simple and a easy user interface, tidy and neat.
Just the external scripts and speed that i can see as a issue on the website.
All in all those are easily resolved so Id say great job on the website design.
