Looks good until after the second horizontal bar in the design (the strip with the "Build My Link" and login link).

After that, it looks very flat and there does not seem to be anything worthy of an actual design review.

Here's a question. When registering, I'm seeing:

By clicking on "I accept" below you are agreeing to the Terms of Service
and both the Program Policy and the Privacy Policy.

But I'm not seeing those policies listed on your site, thus would have no clue what I'm agreeing to - so I didn't. Am I missing something?

The site is blah to me. It doesn't make me want to sign up. It does appeal to my eyes.

Looks ok....just a bit too grey - you need to add some contrast and color.

It looks a little bland if I daresay.

I mean, one look at it - and I feel I'm looking at a Lawyer's site or some financial website.

If you're looking to get people to promote their sites using your service - you should go for a web 2.0 version.

The website looks very plain and unattractive, I would recommend using more of a color scheme and possibly a new logo however other than that the layout concept looks good.
