{WANTED} Technical Support Reps

We are currently looking to expand our level 1 through level 3 technical / customer support capabilities.

We are looking for qualified, honest and dependable representatives to assist us with our Support Tickets, Live Chat/MSN Messenger and soon to be launched Online Community for our customers.

Experience/Knowledge with the following required:

1. Windows 2000 and 2003 Server Operating Systems.

2. ASP and ASP.NET Technology

3. MS Access, SQL and mySQL

4. FrontPage

5. SharePoint 2003 (desired)

6. Ipswitch Imail Email Server

Non-Technical Requirements:

1. Professional
2. Dependable and honest
3. Good troubleshooting skills
4. Over 18
5. Able to give good response times and accurate/quality answers.
