Vbulletin theme or skins

Where is a good resource to find thmes or skins for Vbulletin?

I am looking for themes or someone to develop a theme for me.

The point feature that this forum uses is nice also I like it. How can that be done with VB.

I guess I am looking for mods or plugins to.

WickedShark, vbulletinskinz.com do a good job with custom themes, but they are not cheap.
The Point feature is a simple hack - you can probably locate it easy at www.vbulletin.org - there are way more hacks than this one.

What about advertising how do I set it up for advertising like here and what WHT has on it?

I would like to run adsense and banner ads when it has traffic of course.

What is the best mod or hack for this?

just put the code in the templates -= many of them come with adsense built in
