VarHosting.net - Bad Bad!

I've been with Varhosting.net for about a year now, when they hosted me, the servers kept on going down and it took for a very long time to get them back up again. (I can remember this one time it took them 3 days to get the server online again).

Anyway, I'm asking you, please do not go with Varhosting.net.

I am now wanting to cancel my account but everytime when I go to LiveHelp, they allways ask me to submitt a support ticket. I do and I get no reply. The second time I did I got 'I will forward this to out cancalation team' four days later I looked at the ticket and it's been delete or closed. I think there making me wait so they can take another month out of me.

These guys are the worst in buisness, alot of people have had problems with these guys. What can I go about them not letting my cancel my account?

Sorry about your troubles with them.
What domain do you have with them?

Hi guys,

The domain name I had with them (main domain name) was robot1.org.

I've just recieved an email saying they've cancelled my account, funny that when I take action they do what there supposed to do. (I've contacted webhostingtalk about this issue also).

VarHosting say that they support your end user clients - is this true, how does it work and has it been any good?

Sorry to hear about your troubles with them.

Did you manage to get a new host ? Before you choose one check out different forums, Hosting Directories and review sites.

Good Luck!
Lea.

i.e. they provide direct support to your end clients, so you just sell hosting, not worry about support

I'm going to be honest with you, no they don't. If you have their hosting, they help you not anyone else. Not the people who your rea-selling to.

If you know what I mean,

- Nash
