true multiple domain hosting

i would need to host the following:

7 domains (are mine)
each with own cpanel

combined for all domains:
150 mb webspace (at least)
10 gb bandwith (at least)

own cgi-bin
webmail
pop/stmp mail

99.8% uptime
fast servers (web sites located in europe)
good service, as this seems difficult to find

possibility to pay monthly, about 8$
no set up fees

no offers from resellers or new hosts please

Ok, i can give you 2 Gigs of space per cPanel X account, E-mails, 10 Gigs of bandwith per month and everything else you requested for 8.00 a month, Just get a hold of me so we can set your account up. So far i have yet to get 1 server on downtime, my hosting company offers 100% Uptime, and if you dont believe me then lets set up your account and you can keep refreshing the page till it crashes
