Traffic monetization

Wonder about the ways of traffic to be monetized and currently interested in the CPV solutions.

The one of the most recommended I could point out is edomz.com and it seems to be OK for blogger to get paid, but I have never used any of such programs thus should ask about any hidden things.

Or maybe someone has experience with this network?

The reviews on edomz.com are generally all good and they do pay out - just not as much as adsense.

How do you come to that conclusion? For years I have been tackling the affiliate marketing and tried a range of systems just to earn peanuts at the end of the month. Advertising sales (if they are direct and not through 3rd party networks) is where serious publishers can make good stable revenue.

2 main reasons for that would be
a. you've not pre-sold/pre-qualified the traffic you're sending you're sending to the affiliate program
b. you picked the wrong affiliates to promote
