To my suprise...

if thats what my "backup center" looked like I wouldnt post pictures. It looks nooby and don't get me wrong all is well but theres something about setting up ur backups in your house that doesn't seem right.

While posting pictures probably wasn't the best move, they do seem to be doing some things correctly. Their main servers are in established data centers, with "backup" servers in the "office". There are many hosting companies who don't have any off-server backups.

Wish my office was that neat. :)

Sometimes pictures just don't do enough justice. A customer could be confused by the nature of the pictures and not realize what they mean! It is almost like the companies that take a picture of the entire building they rent space in calling it "headquarters." When indeed they are actually one of several businesses renting space!

I actually think they look like a fairly reputable company. I mean, they have their servers in world class datacenters right? They have then provided, what looks to me like a fairly expensive and kitted out backup setup in their office. As a customer of a "out of the bedroom" host I would sooner be hosted by someone like this than a huge organisation who doesn't give a damn about my website.
