Newark, Delaware - (The Hosting News) - September 4, 2007 - Customers of HostMySite.com web hosting, will now have the option to use a simpler interface to manage Windows servers, through HostMySite's partnership with creator of Windows-based control panel, the Helm, and software-based systems and services developer, WebHost Automation Ltd.
Helm is considered unique among control panels in that it interacts directly with the services on a server, rather than storing settings in its own database. For example, if a customer were to make changes to IIS, DNS, or email directly on the server, those changes would be reflected in Helm.
According to the company, HostMySite.com's customers can use Helm to simplify the administration of Windows servers, in addition to Helm's built in billing system, offering hosting reseller customers with tools to help with management, process transactions, and run the hosting business.
