Not at all. In fact someone came to us the other day wanting some Exchange hosting because their parent company had gone bust and they'd lost their email access.

I'm building several income streams so it seems to balance out. I think you'll see some areas down in sales (like perhaps not so many dedicated servers), however there is usually a corresponding upswing somewhere else. Online businesses are the easiest to start part time and the cheapest way to own your own business so I think there will actually be an increase in web hosting services over all.
 
Seeing how everyone is fairing now that we're a month after the initial posting of this thread.

We're still not seeing much in the way of slow downs from new signups. We have seen some smaller mom and pop stores closing due to higher pricing on shipping etc, but from the hosting market, we're not seeing much of an impact yet.
