I just wanted to say Thank you to the persons responsible for setting up this site.
Until last weekend I wasn't even aware of this sites existence. Since becoming a member ... not only have I learned a few valuable things ... but was also able to finally sign up with a new web host.
I have been searching for a new web host for months now ... but unlike a few years ago ... there are hundreds, if not thousands, of companies out there and the shear volume makes it extremely difficult to source out "the good ones". After joining here ... I was able to post my needs and received responses from a number of companies and I was able to "check them out" as best I could and after taking everything into account ... chose a company I feel is established well and is "one of the good guys". The fact is ... everyone who responded seemed to fall into "one of the good guys" category.
No doubt ... had I not "discovered" this site I would still be trying to find a new web host and probably would have been for another couple months ;-)
I will be submitting a review (aka caution) about my old web host ... but not until I have successfully moved to my new web host
Just be my luck that if I wrote it now my old host would get wind of it and cancel my space before I am fully moved ahahahahaha
