I think this is the right forum for this..
More and more my current method of managing tasks(to-do) is getting obsolete. For example. I wake to 10-20 new emails. Most from clients giving me further instruction on their project. I go through and read every email, prioritize, and get to work. The thing is it's hard for me to keep track of everything. Some emails have 1 task, others have 10. So basically what I need is...
A backend my clients can login to and assign tasks to their project. I'd use my current billing system, but the tasks are far too small in most cases to make sense doing it that way.. Most are things like "add this JS to the header", or "use this image instead".. So they need to be able to assign the task to me, set the priority, and once I get in there I can simply go down the list and mark each task as complete as I do so.
This isn't so much of a problem most of the time, but right now I've got more projects than I think I've ever had. I'm up to the challenge, and by no means is anyone suffering. I'd just like to save a bit more time, and save the intense mental issues for coding
I don't have the time to code my own system. I'll pay for something that fits my needs, or if anyone can make some recommendations I'd be grateful. Thanks!
