Suspending Reseller Accounts

What do you do when you need to suspend a reseller account? Do you suspend all sites? or access to the control panel?

I have read previously that some hosting businesses keep the clients sites active. Is this your responsibility as the host? or do you leave all that to the reseller?

I kept the clients sites live but closed down the resellers and their admin panel access.

If it went for a further month without payment then I would have to deal with the clients.

Pretty much the same here John. Luckily nobody who has had other clients in there reseller panel has needed to be shut down that I remember. The only time we have done is when someone has used a reseller plan for personal use to make use of the multi domain resorces available.
